Can brain games make you a sharpshooter? archery study tests balance training
NCT ID NCT07070427
Summary
This study investigates whether adding mental challenges to balance exercises improves archery shooting accuracy. Thirty licensed archers will complete a 12-week training program, with one group doing regular balance exercises and another doing balance exercises combined with cognitive tasks like counting backwards. Researchers will measure changes in balance, shooting scores, and shoulder control to see if the brain-focused training helps performance.
