Summary

This study tests a new 3D moving platform designed to help people with neurological disorders like Parkinson's disease, stroke, ALS, or mild cognitive impairment improve their balance and movement. The platform moves in three directions and uses virtual reality games to make rehab more engaging. Researchers will check if the device is safe, easy to use, and helps with balance, thinking, and quality of life in 45 patients and 15 healthy volunteers.
