Summary
This trial tests whether a rehabilitation program that targets different aspects of balance can improve balance, mobility, walking, and quality of life in adults with acquired brain injury (from stroke, trauma, or other causes). Participants are randomly assigned to either the balance program or standard physiotherapy for 12 weeks. Researchers measure changes in balance, mobility, fall risk, and quality of life right after treatment and again 6 and 12 weeks later.
