Summary
This study is testing an 8-week exercise program designed specifically for deaf older adults, delivered entirely in American Sign Language. The program aims to improve balance, strength, and confidence to help prevent falls. Researchers are measuring physical abilities and tracking how well participants stick with the exercises at home and in class.
