Summary
This study is testing a combined therapy aimed at improving balance and reducing pain in women with postmenopausal neuropathy and type 2 diabetes. It will enroll 100 participants who experience numbness in their arms and legs. The main goal is to see if this specific combination of sensory and motor exercises helps manage these symptoms.
