New exercise combo may help stroke survivors walk better

Summary
This study looks at whether special exercises for the inner ear (vestibular rehab) and core stability (dynamic neuromuscular stabilization) can help people with hemiplegia (paralysis on one side) after a stroke. 45 adults who had a stroke at least a year ago will try one of three exercise programs. The goal is to see which approach best improves balance, mobility, and quality of life.
