Summary
This study aims to find out which of two balance exercises is more helpful for older adults. Researchers will compare Square Stepping Exercise (a pattern-based stepping routine) with Wobble Board Exercise (balancing on an unstable board). They want to see which one better improves thinking skills, balance, and reduces the fear and risk of falling in people aged 60 and over.
