This early-phase study tests a new treatment called MC10029, which uses a patient's own immune cells (T cells) that are modified in a lab to recognize and attack cancer cells. The therapy targets a protein called BAFFR found on certain blood cancer cells. The study includes up to 27 adults with relapsed or refractory B-cell blood cancers like lymphoma or leukemia. The main goals are to find the safest dose and understand side effects.
