Ancient chinese exercise may boost heart recovery after attack

Summary
This study tests whether a gentle exercise routine called Baduanjin, done in lying, sitting, and standing positions, can improve heart and lung function and quality of life in people who have heart failure after a heart attack. About 65 participants will be assigned to either standard care or standard care plus Baduanjin. Researchers will measure walking distance, heart function, and daily living abilities to see if the exercise helps recovery.
