Summary

This study is testing whether a specific combination of balance and stepping exercises can improve stability and leg strength in badminton players. Researchers want to see if this training can help players move better and reduce their risk of common lower body injuries like ankle sprains and knee strains. The study will involve 66 experienced players who will perform exercises on a special grid and an unstable ball.
