This study tested a new badminton-specific stepping exercise (Bs-SSE) in 60 amateur players aged 18-40. Over 8 weeks, one group did the stepping program while the other continued their usual routine. The stepping group showed better balance, agility, and ankle strength, suggesting this exercise could help improve performance and reduce injury risk.
