Summary
This study tested whether a badminton-specific square-stepping exercise program could improve balance, agility, and ankle strength in amateur badminton players. Sixty players aged 18-40 with at least 5 years of experience took part. The group that did the 8-week program showed significant improvements in balance, agility, and ankle strength compared to those who continued their usual activity. The findings suggest this exercise could help enhance performance and reduce injury risk.
