Which therapy works better for back pain relief?
NCT ID NCT07426627
Summary
This study compared two different physical therapy approaches for treating non-specific low back pain in adults. Researchers tested whether muscle energy technique (a hands-on therapy) or kinesiotherapy (movement-based exercises) worked better to reduce pain, improve flexibility, and decrease disability. The trial involved 64 adults aged 20-40 who experienced low back pain from prolonged sitting.
