New study tests if standing or lying down works better for back pain relief
NCT ID NCT07215286
Summary
This study aims to find out if a specific hands-on therapy for chronic low back pain works better when performed while standing (loaded) versus lying down (unloaded). Researchers will enroll 34 adults with persistent low back pain to receive six treatment sessions over one week, combined with standard exercises. The goal is to determine which position provides greater pain relief and improved movement.
