New Hands-On therapy tested for common back pain problem

NCT ID NCT07329426

Summary

This study is testing whether combining two hands-on physical therapy techniques works better than one alone for treating low back pain caused by sacral torsion, a common joint problem. Researchers will compare mobilization therapy alone versus mobilization plus muscle energy technique in 46 adults with this condition. Participants will receive treatments three times per week for two weeks to see which approach better reduces pain and improves movement.
