Lighter workout vs. heavy lifting: which eases Athletes' back pain better?
NCT ID NCT07480759
Summary
This study tested two exercise approaches for young male athletes with recent, unexplained low back pain. It compared a newer method using lighter weights with a special cuff to restrict blood flow against traditional heavy weight training. Researchers wanted to see if the lighter method could reduce pain and improve function just as well, while potentially putting less strain on the back.
