Summary

This study compared two different hands-on physical therapy techniques for people with chronic low back pain. Thirty-six patients received either Positional Release Technique or Muscle Energy Technique three times a week for four weeks, along with heat therapy. Researchers measured changes in pain levels and daily function to see which approach worked better.
