Summary
This study compares two different hands-on therapy techniques for people with long-term low back pain that has no clear cause. Researchers will test whether using special instruments or sound waves to massage and release tight tissues works better to reduce pain and improve movement. The study involves 60 adults who have had moderate to severe back pain for at least six months.
