Summary
This study aimed to better understand how back pain and related symptoms change over six months. Researchers followed 19 patients who were either considering surgery, had recently had surgery, or were managing their pain without surgery. They tracked pain levels, physical function, and strength to compare how different treatment paths affect people's daily lives.
