New stretch technique targets back pain

NCT ID NCT07328126

Summary

This study is testing whether a specific hands-on stretching technique, applied to a major back muscle, can help reduce pain and improve movement in people with long-term mechanical low back pain. Researchers will measure changes in pain levels, daily function, and flexibility. The goal is to see if this technique offers a non-drug option for managing chronic back discomfort.
