Summary
This study compared two different exercise approaches to help post-menopausal women manage chronic low back pain. Researchers tested 62 women aged 55-85, giving one group tailored mat exercises and the other group McKenzie exercises, along with heat and TENS therapy. The goal was to see which approach better reduced pain and improved daily function over 10 weeks of treatment.
