Can a month of intensive rehab get people off sick leave and save money?

NCT ID NCT07472374

Summary

This study aims to find out if a 4-5 week intensive rehabilitation program is a cost-effective way to treat chronic low back pain that keeps people from working. It will compare the program to standard care for 242 adults in France who have been on sick leave for 3 months to 2 years. The main goal is to see if the program's benefits in improving quality of life and getting people back to work are worth its cost over two years.
