Summary
This study is testing whether gentle, non-forceful movements applied to the lower back and tailbone area can help people with chronic mechanical low back pain. Researchers will measure changes in pain levels, back flexibility, body awareness, and daily function. The trial involves 40 adults aged 18-45 who have had low back pain for more than three months.
