Summary
This study aims to find out which type of exercise works better for easing long-term low back pain. Researchers will compare a Pilates program to a back-strengthening program, with both groups also receiving massage therapy. The study involves 60 adults with chronic back pain and will measure changes in pain and mobility after 8 weeks of treatment.
