NCT ID NCT07438470
Summary
This study compared two different exercise approaches for people with long-term, unexplained low back pain. Researchers tested McKenzie extension exercises against motor control exercises, and also looked at combining both methods. They measured how well each approach reduced pain, improved movement, strengthened core muscles, and helped with daily activities.
