Summary
This study compared two popular exercise approaches—McGill and McKenzie—to see which better helps people with long-term low back pain. It involved 57 adults aged 20-40 who had experienced pain for at least six months. Researchers measured changes in pain levels, back movement, and how much the pain interfered with daily life.
