New exercise combo targets mysterious back pain source
NCT ID NCT07477717
Summary
This study aims to see if a specific combination of back and buttock muscle exercises works better than standard buttock exercises alone for reducing pain and improving function in adults with sacroiliac joint dysfunction, a common cause of low back pain. Researchers will compare two small groups of participants doing different exercise programs over several weeks. The goal is to find a more effective physical therapy approach for this painful condition.
