Hands-On vs. verbal cues: which exercise method eases back pain best?
NCT ID NCT07318454
Summary
This study aims to find out which of two core muscle training exercises works better for people with long-term, non-specific low back pain. It will also test whether getting hands-on guidance from a therapist or just verbal instructions leads to better results. 96 participants will be randomly assigned to one of four groups for a 4-week training program, and researchers will measure their pain, movement control, and disability over several months.
