Summary
This study compared two different exercise approaches for adults with a rounded upper back (thoracic kyphosis). Forty participants aged 18-40 performed either back-strengthening or core-stability exercises for six weeks. Researchers measured which program better improved posture, reduced pain, and increased mobility.
