First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 11, 2026 · Updated 32 times
Summary
This study looks at how the shape and twist of the back relate to how teenagers with scoliosis feel about their own body image. Researchers will measure back asymmetry in 40 teens aged 11 to 18 with moderate scoliosis. Participants will also fill out a questionnaire about how they see their trunk appearance. The goal is to better understand the connection between physical asymmetry and self-perception.
