Ancient Baby-Carrying practice tested as modern fix for postpartum struggles
NCT ID NCT06148831
Summary
This study aimed to see if using soft infant carriers ('babywearing') could help prevent postpartum depression and increase breastfeeding rates among Black parents. It planned to test this culturally familiar practice through a community home-visiting program. The trial was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled.
