Summary
This study is testing a new drug called BA3182 in people with advanced adenocarcinoma, a type of cancer. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug helps shrink tumors. It is an early-stage trial enrolling 168 adults to understand how the body handles the drug and its initial effects.
