NCT ID NCT07271966
First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated Jun 11, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study looks at whether taking vitamin B6 can reduce mood-related side effects (like anger) caused by the seizure medicine levetiracetam in people with brain tumors. About 50 adults with brain tumor-related epilepsy who have been on levetiracetam for 6 weeks to 6 months will take daily B6 for 8-12 weeks. Patients and their caregivers will report mood changes through questionnaires. The goal is to see if B6 improves quality of life without changing the seizure medicine.
