First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study tests a program called B2B&Me+ that uses a smartphone app and a personal health coach to help pregnant women at risk for gestational diabetes eat well, stay active, and manage stress. About 3600 women across four European countries will take part from early pregnancy until 9 months after birth. The goal is to see if this approach can reduce complications like high birth weight and preterm birth, and improve long-term health for both mother and child.
