New injection shows promise for tough lymphoma cases

Summary
This early-stage study tests a new injection called B019 for people whose B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma has come back or not responded to treatment. The main goals are to check safety and find the right dose. About 48 adults will take part, and doctors will also look at how well the injection shrinks tumors.
