Summary
This study tests a dietary supplement made from salicornia plant extracts and B vitamins in 250 adults aged 40-65 with newly diagnosed high cholesterol who do not yet need medication. Participants will take the supplement or follow standard care, and researchers will measure changes in blood fats like cholesterol and triglycerides.
