This study tests a dietary supplement made from salicornia (a salt-marsh plant) and B vitamins in 250 adults aged 40-65 with newly diagnosed high cholesterol who do not yet need medication. Participants will either take the supplement or follow standard care, and researchers will measure changes in blood fats like LDL and total cholesterol over time.
