Summary

This study tests a short mindfulness and lifestyle coaching program, delivered partly by phone messages, to help caregivers of people with brain diseases like Alzheimer's become more physically active. About 84 Chinese caregivers will try the program or receive standard health advice. The goal is to see if the program is practical and helpful for reducing their risk of heart disease and other health problems.
