Summary
This study tests a drug called tafenoquine in 40 adults with chronic babesiosis who suffer from severe fatigue. Babesiosis is a tick-borne infection that can cause long-term tiredness. The goal is to see if the drug reduces fatigue and clears the infection from the blood. Participants will take the drug and report their fatigue levels over time.
