Summary
This study tests whether two drugs, azacitidine and venetoclax, can eliminate or reduce small amounts of leukemia that remain after standard chemotherapy in people with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Participants are adults planning to receive a donor stem cell transplant (bone marrow transplant). The goal is to lower the chance of the cancer returning after the transplant.
