Summary
This study checked if a new generic version of the drug azacitidine (300 mg tablet) works the same as the brand-name drug Onureg in adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) who are in remission. Thirty-two participants each took both versions on different days, and researchers measured drug levels in their blood. The goal was to see if the generic can be used as a safe and effective alternative for maintenance therapy.
