Summary
This is the first human study testing a new oral medication called AVZO-023 for patients with advanced solid tumors, focusing on a common type of breast cancer. The trial aims to find the safest and most effective dose, first by giving AVZO-023 alone, and then in combination with another experimental drug and/or standard hormone therapy. Researchers will monitor how patients tolerate the treatment and whether it helps shrink or control their tumors.
