Summary

This study tests a combination of three drugs—acalabrutinib, venetoclax, and obinutuzumab—for people with mantle cell lymphoma that has come back or hasn't been treated yet. The goal is to find the best dose and see how well it works at shrinking tumors. About 72 participants will take part in this early-phase trial.
