Summary
This study is observing how well the medication avapritinib works for people with indolent systemic mastocytosis (ISM) in real-life medical settings. It will follow about 80 participants in Germany for up to two years, focusing on whether the drug improves their quality of life and controls their symptoms. The goal is to better understand how to manage this condition when standard treatments aren't enough.
