Summary

This study looks at a new way to do liver transplants for people with severe portal hypertension. Instead of replacing the whole liver, doctors will use a smaller piece of a donor liver alongside the patient's own liver. The goal is to see if this method is safer and works as well as a standard full liver transplant. About 396 people over age 14 will take part.
