Summary
This study aims to compare how often and in what ways the autonomic nervous system (which controls things like heart rate and digestion) is affected in people with neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMO) versus multiple sclerosis (MS). Researchers will enroll 100 adults with these conditions and use questionnaires to measure symptoms, disability, fatigue, and quality of life. The goal is to better understand these differences, which could help improve care.
