NCT ID NCT06465654
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 39 times
Summary
This study tested a new automatic oxygen device in 29 people with fibrotic (scarred) lung disease. Participants walked twice — once with standard fixed oxygen and once with a device that automatically adjusts oxygen flow to keep levels steady. The goal was to see if the automatic device reduces breathlessness and helps people walk farther. The study is complete and results will show if this smart oxygen delivery is better than the usual method.
