First seen Mar 21, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tests whether injecting a patient's own blood (autologous whole blood therapy) plus high-dose antihistamines can better control chronic hives than antihistamines alone. It includes 40 adults with chronic idiopathic urticaria who did not improve with standard antihistamine doses. The main goal is to measure changes in hive severity over 8 weeks.
