First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tested whether a U-shaped automatic toothbrush (Autobrush) removes plaque better than a regular manual toothbrush in teenagers with braces. Forty healthy teens aged 12-15 brushed with both types on different days, and plaque levels were measured before and after. The goal was to see which method works best for keeping teeth clean during orthodontic treatment.
