Brain zapping study seeks to rewire social understanding in autism

Summary

This study looks at whether a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called TMS can change brain activity related to understanding others (mentalizing) in young adults with autism. 80 participants will have MRI scans and TMS sessions. The goal is to learn how the brain works, not to treat autism.
